Meet Professor Foster
I bring over 25 years of teaching and professional experience to the classroom, teaching accounting and business courses in both online and on-ground formats. I enjoy helping students connect course concepts to real-world practice. In addition to my teaching background, I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 15 years of experience running my own tax practice, along with experience in private industry as an accountant, auditor, and financial analyst. I have also been a business owner in the heavy equipment rental industry and a real estate investor.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time outdoors and am an avid mountain biker, hiker, and amateur dog trainer. I also enjoy investing, following the financial markets, and traveling throughout the United States and internationally. One of my personal goals is to visit all of the U.S. national parks. More recently, I have been enjoying learning how to fly a drone.

"Great online class. Professor Foster's class is easy to follow, clean and clear. Makes learning accounting easy."
